Questions
When I approve a change, does it update my Etsy listing automatically?
Yes. Once you swipe right, we make the edit on Etsy for you. Nothing changes before that, and you can restore the old version in one click.
What can it change?
Titles, tags, descriptions, and photo order. Photo order matters because your first photo is the thumbnail shoppers see in search results, so it’s often the first thing that decides whether they click.
Will it touch listings that already sell?
No. We focus on listings that get views but few or no orders. Your best sellers are left alone unless you choose to test them.
How many listings can I test at once?
As many as you like. Each listing runs one change at a time, but you can have dozens of listings testing in parallel.
How long until I see results?
Usually about two weeks per change. If it’s too close to call, we keep measuring a little longer, or you can choose a version yourself.
Do you need my Etsy password?
No. You connect your shop through Etsy’s own sign-in, and you can disconnect any time.
What does it cost?
We haven’t set pricing yet. Early-access sellers will hear about it first, and you’ll never be charged without agreeing to it.
